The main menu is Osaka- style OKONOMIYAKI sort of Japanese savory pancake
The base is a combination of flour, egg and shredded cabbage, you can choose various ingredients to add prawn, sweetcorn, squid, pork, chicken, kimchi (cabbage mixture with chili powder, garlic vinegar) or other ingredients available.
OKONOMIYAKI is a a combination of Japanese phrases for "what you like" and "grilled".
All are topped with the Japanese mayonnaise, sweet okonomiyaki sauce (similar to a thicker Worcestershire sauce), dried aonori (green seaweed) and paper- thin dried bonito fish shavings.
