After a long break, I'm back! I just couldn't find anything worth it to post.
I am very glad I've found a lovely new Korean restaurant called Bibimbap. It is near Soho Square-Greek Street- London. The restaurant is named after a popular Korean dish - the word means "mixed rice". Bibimbap is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with Mamul (sautéed seasoned vegetables) and gochujang (chilli pepper paste). A raw egg and sliced meat are common additions. The ingredients are stirred together thoroughly just before eating and the dish can be served cold or hot. I chose mine with beef and served hot. Delicious! I've been back there since, chosen pork, and tried sea food, but beef is still my favourite.
