Bibimbap

After a long break, I'm back! I just couldn't find anything worth it to post.
I am very glad I've found a lovely new Korean restaurant called Bibimbap. It is near Soho Square-Greek Street- London. The restaurant
is named after a popular Korean dish - the word means "mixed rice". Bibimbap is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with Mamul (sautéed seasoned vegetables) and gochujang (chilli pepper paste). A raw egg and sliced meat are common additions. The ingredients are stirred together thoroughly just before eating and the dish can be served cold or hot. I chose mine with beef and served hot. Delicious! I've been back there since, chosen pork,  and tried sea food, but beef is still my favourite.
The city of Jooniu, the capital of North Joolla Province of South Korea, two hours drive from Seoul, is famous throughout the nation for its version of Bibimbap, said to be based on a Royal court dish.
